One of the most challenging aspects of working with fish oil is its oxidative stability. In the Lipids Laboratory, we continue to develop and evaluate antioxidant systems improving the shelf life of our fish oil. Our proprietary antioxidant blends not only protect the fish oil from oxidation but also provide manufacturers the ability to choose which antioxidant system best suits their application.
